If RolePlay works on home or mobile networks but not on a corporate network, the issue is usually a firewall or proxy restriction.

Quick checks

  • Try a different network to confirm it is not a device issue.
  • Check if your network blocks real-time media in the browser.
  • Ask your IT team if WebSocket and real-time media traffic are restricted.
