Players are subject to various circumstances that test their ability to solve dangers around them and not only. The learners are also tasked with identifying and addressing incidents that are meant to enhance empathy, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution.
The key of the game is to deal with real-life situations in a safe space where people can train at their own pace and reinforce safety and prevention skills. Because the workplace must provide physical safety and the feeling of belonging that helps us to perform in a healthy and safe environment.
Beginner, intermediate, advanced
The game has three course modules:
1. Beginner level with a focus on the basics of HSE.
2. Intermediate level with a focus on colleagues' interactions within an unsafe environment: detect, prevent and report.
3. Advanced level where players tackle conflict resolution and psychological safety: detect, prevent and report.
