Beginner, intermediate, advanced

The game has three course modules:

1. Beginner level with a focus on the basics of communication and conveying it clearly. 

2. Intermediate level with a focus on interactions and communicating negative results in a constructive way.

3. Advanced level where you tackle conflict and how to deal with difficult employees.
